… reminds readers of a time in their world when they were worry-free and loved. I think that if everyone went back to that happy place once in a while, the world would be better.

In Norma Austin’s new poetry collection “Baby's Bedtime Poems: Sleepy Time Rhymes” (published by iUniverse), she offers readers a collection of heartfelt and emotional poems inspired by her love for her children and grandchildren.

Her book, Austin says, “… is filled with nurturing words. My poems are sweet loving words. It instills positive thoughts to those near and dear.” She hopes that parents, especially new parents, will find in her words the dedication to become good parents and build positive relationships with their children.

An excerpt from “Baby’s Bedtime Poems”:

“The day my baby walked
She stood to her feet and walked to the TV
Then turned around and walked back to me
Straight on her feet I cannot believe
My baby walked back to me.”

“Baby’s Bedtime Poems,” Austin says, “… reminds readers of a time in their world when they were worry-free and loved. I think that if everyone went back to that happy place once in a while, the world would be better.”
