Oakvest Ltd, a private equity property investment company, is seeking a new Assistant Site Manager to work within their Planning & Construction team, based in Belgravia, London.

This is a mid-senior level position, which will require you to take responsibility for the team's contribution to current and future plan developments. As the Assistant Site Manager you will be expected to assume direct and total control of all resources and systems during the on-site de-massing. This entails coordinating and organising resources efficiently, in order to deliver the planning & delivery timings schedules safely, and on schedule.

Expected output of this role:

•     Contribute to Plan development with the Project Manager
•     Organise, attend and chair meetings as appropriate
•     Organise sub-contractors and suppliers to achieve efficient deliver
•     Populate resource schedules in line with programme schedule
•     Plan day to day requirements of the Project to produce effective use of all resources to minimise delays
•     Carry out team briefing/debriefing of plan and task requirements, ensuring lines of communication are clear
•     Assist managing all staff, plant, equipment and material resources efficiently & effectively
•     Undertake site management roles in accordance with Company procedures
•     Coordinate Project Manager in timely completion of site works
•     Control and implement health, safety, quality and environmental requirements
