- Integration with non-Sagent processes that need to coordinate with the overall load
- Repeatable processes that can predictably and reliably deliver regular and critical customer communications such as billing statements, account statements or insurance records
- Simplified auditing of communications processes to ensure proper execution
- Execution of processes on either a timed or event trigger basis
