The race for President is now basically neck and neck. We thought it would be interesting to see who people want on a very broad basis.

“The US President has the power to impact the lives of people across the world. The VotePad game allows all those people worldwide to share who they would pick- whether they can vote in the election or not. The only things a person has to have are a willingness to do it and access to a suitable Apple device. The VotePad app is free to anyone on iTunes.” James McCrea DesRoches, President of Raerock Enterprises says. “The first version of the VotePad app is designed to allow people to post their pick for US President, and to see the totals in real-time. The idea is to provide a free ad-hoc method for people across the world to express their view on this issue. Nothing more, nothing less.”

Mr. McCrea DesRoches continues: “The race for President is now basically neck and neck. We thought it would be interesting to see who people want on a very broad basis. Obviously it isn’t official voting, and it isn’t very scientific at all so we’re not calling it a poll or market research or anything like that. So far it’s a game where the participants express themselves on this one news event. Later on we’d like to expand it so people can participate more fully in other news and entertainment events. Right now it’s election time, so we’re focusing on that.”
