(PRWEB) October 16, 2012
To celebrate the launch of their first book, Nikki Vilella and Emily Stone will be co-teaching a free class on November 3, 2012 from 7pm to 8:45pm at Kula Williamsburg (http://www.kulayoga.com) on 85 North 3rd St. in Brooklyn. Nikki will lead 90 minutes of asana based on the creative Visvamitrasana sequence she developed for the book, and Emily Stone will reveal what we can learn from the sage Visvamitra and how to discover the “sage presence” in ourselves.
“Visvamitrasana is a powerful pose that I love to help students explore, and this book is an extension of that,” says Nikki Vilella, co-author of Visvamitrasana and co-owner of Kula Williamsburg. “Emily and I have combined our knowledge to create an experience that is deep and fun and informative.”
Space in class is limited. Please e-mail Nikki Vilella at nikki(at)kulayoga(dot)com to reserve a spot.
A launch party with refreshments by the Shanti Shack will follow the class from 9pm to 10pm. If you would like to attend the launch party but not the class, please e-mail Jake Laub at jake(at)inflextion(dot)com.
