SleepWell Sleep Solutions, LLC Adds Greenproofing to Services Provided to Families

SleepWell Sleep Solutions can now assist clients in learning about toxins in their environment and how to lessen their exposure to them.

SleepWell Sleep Solutions has been providing sleep consulting services since April of 2011. Michelle Winters, Owner of SleepWell Sleep Solutions is a Certified Gentle Sleep Coach. In this role she assists parents in creating plans to help their children sleep well. She follows the parents’ philosophies in creating these plans and specializes in more gentle solutions. Michelle conducts talks at mom’s groups, preschools and businesses about children’s sleep. Michelle started doing consulting after having problems with her son’s sleep and is hoping to help parents going through what she went through and also help parents to avoid going through too many sleepless nights.

As of October 8, 2012, Michelle Winters has been certified as a Greenproofer through the International Maternity Institute. In this role she assists families in identifying toxins and removing them from the family’s environment to increase health.    Specifically she can help prepare pre-conceiving, expecting, and new families on how they can prevent exposure from toxic substances that may pose a potential threat to the health of mother and baby. These toxins can be found in their products, their food, their home, and around their environment. She conducts in home visits to identify problem areas and gives clients specific ideas and resources to help them remove or lessen exposure to these toxins. She also conducts workshops and online webinars so people all over the country can benefit from her experience. Michelle got into Greenproofing after realizing how much research people need to do to be sure they are using products that do not include many toxins.
