More than one-third of Aussies believe now is the right time to buy real estate according to the Genworth homebuyer confidence index. The same report also revealed that mortgage stress increased to 25 percent. This is why Australian property expert Rick Otton suggests considering all available options before actually investing on property.

“Most people who want to enter the property market are not aware of other ways to buy property; that there are creative strategies to buy property without a bank or saving for a deposit,” Otton explained.

According to Mr. Otton, using creative strategies to buy investment property will help Aussies stay in the market, help lots of people, and earn positive income without going to the bank. “I have used these strategies in my more than 30 years of doing houses. And I never worried or thought about interest rates and bank fees in those years!” Otton added.
