Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) October 16, 2012
Cenegenics recently named its newest senior physician partner--Dr. Raymond Ishman, Cenegenics Philadelphia’s CEO/Chief Medical Officer--who is among the growing number of doctors who left the conventional disease-focused medical approach for a proactive one to better optimize a patient's health, announced Cenegenics, the global leader in age management medicine. Ishman has a six-year tenure with Cenegenics and has been a partner since opening the Philadelphia center in January 2010. He holds a board certification in emergency medicine and was trained/board certified in family medicine.
Like other age management medicine physicians, Ishman grew frustrated practicing under the gun, having to see patients in ten-minute windows and working with end-stage disease all the time. He began looking for a better approach and found it when he saw first-hand how Cenegenics’ Elite Health program delivers real transformations.
“I was so thrilled with my personal results, I decided to make age management medicine my vocation. I thought I had been doing fairly well with my own self-improvement approach until I became a Cenegenics patient. That turned the corner for me. I realized how much better I could be doing,” Ishman said.
Working with motivated patients and Cenegenics’ academic nature, professionalism and outstanding support to its physicians were the other calling cards that drew Ishman to make that choice, he says.
“With patients seeking to make a change—and when you add to that Cenegenics’ tools to help them make that change with breakthrough programs that move our approach to the medical forefront—we get to witness a high rate of success. That’s very gratifying to me. In my family medicine practice, I grew tired of beating people over the head about eating right and exercising . . . many only wanted a prescription to feel better and go home,” Ishman said.
Cenegenics Philadelphia is currently located at 600 West Germantown Pike, Suite 400, Plymouth Meeting. However, by January 2013, they will be in their new facility across the street—610 West Germantown Pike—which doubles their space to better serve their solid and growing patient list.
Joining Ishman at the center are Institute physicians Dr. Rajinder Chugh and Dr. Anthony Carabasi; exercise/nutrition counselor Peter Hellberg, MS, CSCS, CISSN; Fran Ishman, RN; and administrative assistant/office manager Christina Wright.
