UK property developer FreshStart Living continues its rapid expansion with the launch of FreshStart Living Ireland at an event in Dublin on October 18th.
FreshStart Living specialise in developing affordable residential and student investment properties and the move into Ireland will make it easier for Irish investors to take advantage of the high yields and guaranteed returns on offer from FreshStart’s property in the UK.
The company will also announce an intention to move into the Irish property market in particular the Dublin student accommodation market which is currently undersupplied in a move which is likely to create construction jobs in the capital.
FreshStart Living Ireland will be run by partners Patrick Gilmartin and Ian Craigie who between them have over 70 years experience in the investment and financial services sector.
Patrick and Ian were signed up through FreshStart Living’s successful franchise division, FreshStart Partners. The duo are now officially licensed to market and sell FreshStart’s affordable properties to investors throughout Ireland. They are also expecting to make a number of sales to keen investors on the night of the launch.
FreshStart Living CEO Charlie Cunningham and managing director Philip Wright will be making the trip from the company’s HQ in Salford to attend the launch event which will take place on Thursday, October 18, between 5.00pm-7.00pm at the O’Callaghan Alexander Hotel, 41-47 Fenian Street, Merion Square, Dublin.

The company has announced plans to float on the Alternative Investment Market on the London Stock Exchange in 2013. In a recent Trading Update the company revealed a turnover for the year £9.7 million with full year profit before tax expected to be £4 million.
