Kevin Duggan will deliver the opening keynote address at the first-ever Mid-Atlantic Lean Conference.

The Institute for Operational Excellence, the leading educational center providing training and innovative products for achieving Operational Excellence, announced today that its founder, Kevin Duggan will deliver the opening keynote address at the first-ever Mid-Atlantic Lean Conference.
On November 7, Duggan will open the conference with a discussion titled “Achieving Operational Excellence for Business Growth.” Based on his latest book, Design for Operational Excellence, the session will lead the audience through the methodology for achieving Operational Excellence to facilitate real business growth in any industry. Later that day, Duggan will lead a second presentation on mixed model value streams.
The conference is presented by the Maryland World Class Consortia, a non-profit organization comprised of companies in the manufacturing, aerospace and defense, engineering, financial services, health care, and other industries who share the goal of business performance excellence.
