Lov3 Entertainment and Lucky Shot Media, the developers of the game Spaghetti & Meatballs, are launching a campaign to raise funds for the further advancement of the game. Their goal is to create “simple, smart, and fun” games that can be enjoyed by all, while simultaneously making them truly social. Spaghetti & Meatballs is the first in their series and is a multiplayer-connection-strategy game that is currently available on facebook in a beta version for those wanting to assist in testing.
This exciting game is centered on the players’ experience with their friends and other players, combining skills, strategy, and luck. Each game, lasting from two to ten minutes, is unique with players receiving completely random spaghetti tiles, which allow the players to move across the plate. As the game progresses, it gets more sophisticated and challenging. The object of the game is to ‘knock’ the other meatballs off the plate. The last meatball on the plate is the winner. The more victorious the player is, the more levels they move up and more “sauce” they earn.
Very well received by the early beta testers, Spaghetti & Meatballs is sure to be a big hit. So far the game has been funded fully out of pocket by the developers themselves. Now the developers are seeking to expand the game and build out additional features and effects to bring the game up to the next level of a full-fledged finished product. For this, they are launching a kickstarter campaign to rally financial support. Contributors can feel a great sense of accomplishment, as they help to bring more fun social interaction into this world. The developers also plan to continue expanding the Spaghetti & Meatballs game even after the launch, giving it more animations, backgrounds, and other features.
Financial support received will go towards:
