Sandler Training in Lone Tree, Colorado has just announced a new sales training scholarship program for start-ups and newer businesses. The program is designed to help new business owners develop the core skills essential to promoting and selling the products or services offered by their new company
“I can remember when I bootstrapped my first start-up” says Sandler President and CEO Chuck Terry. “I was pouring every dime I had into the operational side of my business and there was no place I could turn for help with selling or marketing assistance because I didn’t have the resources. I really had to learn the hard way.” Mr. Terry added “This program is designed to help start-ups get through that tough first year or so by teaching them the most important business skill of all. That skill is how to prospect and sell effectively.”
Between November 1st and November 16th Sandler Training in Lone Tree will be accepting applications for the Entrepreneur Scholarship Program. Four accepted applicants will receive full scholarships and four will receive partial scholarships towards a full year of training in the Presidents Club in Lone Tree. To be accepted a firm needs to have been in business a year or less, have a compelling story, and true financial need of the support.Sandler Scholarships

Founded in 1967, Sandler Training serves businesses of all sizes with short- and long-term developmental programs that offer continuous coaching, reinforcement and support for sales professionals.
Programs include on-site corporate training as well as general training that brings together business owners, managers and salespeople from a variety of industries at a central site. The curriculum combines instruction in gut-level selling and other fresh strategies for controlling a sale with strong emphasis on the psychology of selling.
