Hot’s Kitchen, a local favorite in Hermosa Beach, is proud to introduce the newest member to their team, Beer Director Casey Enman. His extensive expertise and background in the industry is a valuable asset to the team’s sophisticated dynamic.
Enman grew up in New Hampshire and moved to California at 19-years-old to further pursue his career, where he has now lived for ten years. He has 13 years of experience under his belt, including bar tending and managing various restaurants/bars.
Enman has bartended and managed nightclubs, restaurants, and bars for the past nine years, including V2o the venue, Ivar nightclub, W Hotel Westwood, and most recently, Congregation Ale House. Through his professional journey in the industry, Casey, a Cicerone certified beer server, has developed a love for craft beer and especially loves introducing exciting new beers to people who wouldn’t necessarily seek them out.
Enman is excited to work at Hot’s because of their exceptional food and laid-back beach/family atmosphere. “Hot’s Kitchen is a new, growing company and I have the opportunity to create excellent draft selections that work well with the top notch tapas, plus I get to work with some really cool people,” Enman said. “What I'm implementing at Hot’s is a diverse local and international gourmet beer program that will complement the menu, while offering unique beverage selections to our neighbors.”
With the addition of Casey to the Hot’s Kitchen team, the restaurant is looking forward to continuing its success and bringing masterfully crafted foods and drinks to the community.
