fasttransactTM users gain even more control, flexibility.

FrontStream Payments, Inc., a national provider of integrated payment technology solutions, today announced a number of features have been added to their proprietary fasttransactTM payment management platform.

Recent fasttransact™ platform developments include additional routing options for merchant funds, capabilities that allow consumers to make payments and donations directly from their smartphones, more custom elements on payment pages, enhanced reporting and much more!

FrontStream has a commitment to consistently deliver solutions to the market; with that in mind, the past several months have seen the birth of a number of notable enhancements including:

  • Flexible Site Hosting & Routing Options: With fasttransactTM , users with multiple merchant accounts can now route multiple payment line items into individual settlement accounts. This allows quick and easy reconciliation of funds for multiple programs that can be managed through one simple front-end payment/donation page. Likewise, merchants that wish to host multiple fasttransactTM sites have the ability to funnel all transactions through a single aggregate MID giving them the ability to run several event/program sites without having to maintain multiple accounts.
  • Detailed Transaction Reporting: To help streamline reporting, Merchant Identification numbers (MIDs) have been included in transaction reporting for easier reconciliation of fund settlements.
  • Dynamic Marketing Tools: Merchants now have the ability to upload a file that contains demographic data for consumers that are currently in their database; this allows merchants to use FrontStream’s communication tools to reach their consumer base without having to wait for consumers to complete a payment first.
  • Mobile-optimized Payment & Donation Pages: Enrolled and non-enrolled fasttransactTM users are now capable of making payments and donations from their mobile devices. The fasttransactTM mobile pages provide smartphone users with a streamlined payment experience that mimics the function of a mobile app. This feature exponentially expands the reach of merchants that would like to reach their consumers at any juncture and optimizes their ability to collect payments through a variety of channels.

In addition to delivering solutions to 13,000+ clients that span a variety of verticals, FrontStream is sensitive to the unique needs of merchants that are part of the charitable giving community. As a result, one feature that has been specifically designed for the nonprofit community is an optional convenience fee flow. The optional convenience fee feature gives donors the option to augment their donation amount to help nonprofits offset the cost of electronic transaction processing.

“We are constantly striving to improve our product and make it the best on the market ,” states Nina Vellayan, FrontStream Payments’ Chief Executive Officer and President, “Offering the most streamlined and solution-rich platform on the market gives our customers the edge they need to be successful in their business endeavors.”

All of these enhancements to the fasttransact™ payment platform reflect its versatile and scalable architecture, which was designed to give clients ultimate flexibility and business efficiency, using a web-based, self-administered management interface. Featuring a seamless implementation process, the fasttransactTM platform facilitates immediate ROI for its clients.
