- Detailed Transaction Reporting: To help streamline reporting, Merchant Identification numbers (MIDs) have been included in transaction reporting for easier reconciliation of fund settlements.
- Dynamic Marketing Tools: Merchants now have the ability to upload a file that contains demographic data for consumers that are currently in their database; this allows merchants to use FrontStream’s communication tools to reach their consumer base without having to wait for consumers to complete a payment first.
- Mobile-optimized Payment & Donation Pages: Enrolled and non-enrolled fasttransactTM users are now capable of making payments and donations from their mobile devices. The fasttransactTM mobile pages provide smartphone users with a streamlined payment experience that mimics the function of a mobile app. This feature exponentially expands the reach of merchants that would like to reach their consumers at any juncture and optimizes their ability to collect payments through a variety of channels.
In addition to delivering solutions to 13,000+ clients that span a variety of verticals, FrontStream is sensitive to the unique needs of merchants that are part of the charitable giving community. As a result, one feature that has been specifically designed for the nonprofit community is an optional convenience fee flow.
