We offer people access to free, science-based information that can dramatically impact their health.

Glutenfreesociety.org is a new website dedicated to helping people identify and manage gluten sensitivity. The website was started after the Gluten Free Society discovered there were over twelve million websites dedicated to the topic of gluten contamination in relation to vitamin and mineral supplements. The website covers a variety of issues, including genetic testing.
“We offer people access to free, science-based information that can dramatically impact their health,” said Dr. Peter Osborne. “For example, we have been hearing that eating whole grain can reduce the risk of high cholesterol, obesity, etc. for years now. Our movement was the first to question this “nutritional sacred cow” because we believe there is a dangerous chemical in bread. Now we are starting to see more and more nutritional information that also challenges the praise of whole grain bread.”
The Gluten Free Society’s page offers an informative synopsis of the major product label terms concealing what really is gluten. Access to the website is 100% free and confidential. Celiac disease can lead to a number of other disorders including infertility, reduced bone density, neurological disorders, some cancers, and other autoimmune diseases.
About: The Gluten Free Society lends its support to research endeavors revolving around grains, gluten, lectins, and other compounds within grain that may harm human health. The organization provides an ongoing analysis and commentary of research performed in the field of food sensitivity/intolerance. Members of the media can contact Helene Vece of JumpStart Ink and Media Manager for the Gluten Free Society to request an interview with Dr. Peter Osborne.
