The RPA allows SPARC520 to customize the initial approach to energy strategy and provide targeted guidance for buildings within a portfolio.

SPARC520’s Rapid Portfolio Assessment requires just energy bills and addresses for a portfolio of buildings. Using that data, SPARC’s energy analysts model the energy performance in each building using the SPARC520 application. By taking this approach and using sophisticated software, the team can develop the most cost efficient strategy for the unique portfolio at a fraction of the time and cost of conventional energy audits.
