But in order to get individuals to agree with the ideas presented to them, HR must learn a core set of professional selling skills that will help them gain agreement for their solutions.
During this session, Clinton Wingrove, executive vice president and principal consultant at Pilat HR Solutions, will explain what is needed for HR to gain agreement, such as the key information about those whom they wish to persuade and what they need to know about the ideas or solutions they are trying to sell. He will also share a structured process for interacting with those they are trying persuade and explain how to prepare for and execute each step of the process. Additionally, attendees will learn how to assess whether they are making progress and how to move as quickly as possible toward gaining the desired “yes.”
