Joseph Messina, a 20 year business litigation veteran, has joined Gilman, Clark & Hunter LLC

Gilman Clark & Hunter LLC, the Boston-based law firm with offices in San Diego and the Washington, DC area, has announced that Joseph P. Messina has joined the firm as partner.

Mr. Messina, 47, joins the firm after over 20 years of practice at Boston’s Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. where he was a partner in that firm’s litigation department. During his career, Messina has focused on complex business litigation in the areas of shareholder disputes, contracts, partnerships, fiduciary obligations, as well as patent, trademark and other intellectual property matters. Mr. Messina will expand and lead Gilman Clark & Hunter’s complex business litigation practice.
