Bank of Utah and Lawrence Meadows announce the settlement of litigation claims and the retraction of prior press releases.

Bank of Utah and Lawrence M. Meadows are pleased to announce a settlement has been reached upon mutually satisfactory terms concerning a loan made to construct a home in Park City, Utah. The settlement encompasses all claims and related matters between the parties, including a lawsuit pending in Summit County in the Third Judicial District Court for the State of Utah (Woodside Properties, LLC, et al., v. Bank of Utah, et al., Civ. No. 100500295). As part of the settlement, Mr. Meadows and his attorneys retract all statements made by them in prior press releases concerning the actions of Bank of Utah and Roger G. Shumway, its Executive Vice President.
