Building on their reputation for innovative development of new features and services, today AtHomeNet rolled out further enhancements to their community web site service; allowing clients access to even more options for improving online communication within their homeowners association.
AtHomeNet currently offers over 60 pre-coded features that make it easy for community associations to post virtually any important information for their owners on their own association web site, and also to send out group emails or phone and text alert messages to residents. Enhancements are released on a regular basis and provided to over 8000 clients at no additional fee. Some of the highlights released this month include:
Message Board: Message board topics can now be separated into easy-to-access categories. Owners can find a specific topic quickly and “subscribe” to receive any new posts for particular categories or individual topics in their own personal email. Different view security levels can be assigned to different categories, allowing the administrator to control who has rights to view each category. A topic can be “locked” by the administrator so that it is still available for owners to view, but no new posts can be added. The new Message Board page format conveniently displays columns showing the category name, number of topics in each category, and number of posts in each topic – and residents can sort on any column for easy organization. Finally, within each category the administrator can “pin” an important topic to always appear at the top of the page using an easy pin icon.
eForm Field Ordering: When creating or editing eForms, you can now simply “drag and drop” the form fields from one position to another; re-ordering the questions on your form quickly and easily.
Task Manager Report: Summary reports can now be created for all tasks simultaneously across multiple task categories. Reports can be created based on Status, Due Date Range, or by the Person Responsible.
Menu Manager Edit Confirmation: The Menu Manager feature allows administrators to create and order their own public or private menu items. Now, the user will receive a confirmation pop-up message indicating a successful update of the menu.
