Phil and Co. will reward the most promising organization by telling their story with a pro-bono marketing and communications strategy and integrated campaign worth approximately $25,000

Phil & Co., the New York City agency that specializes in contemporary marketing for philanthropies and companies doing good, is giving back by launching a contest to reward a deserving philanthropy with a pro-bono marketing campaign.

PHILfactor encourages the general public, with an emphasis on the philanthropy community, to submit descriptions of original and innovative non-profits and social enterprises they believe are deserving of a pro-bono marketing and advertising campaign.

“PHILfactor is all about rallying the philanthropic community to reward one of its own; to celebrate innovation, creativity and results; to have the story of a deserving organization told to target audiences—marketed and promoted in a contemporary way,” said Phil & Co. partner Cliff Sloan.

Phil & Co. will reward the most promising organization by telling their story with a pro-bono marketing and communications strategy and integrated campaign worth approximately $25,000. The goal is to advance the winner’s mission, differentiate it from competitors, raise awareness of the organization, and elevate the brand with key audiences.

“We created PHILfactor to help build a community of forward-thinking, proactive champions of ‘doing good’ who believe that powerful and meaningful fresh ideas and authentic storytelling are key drivers of the long-term success of all non-profits,” added Phil & Co. partner, Gary Zarr.

Once all submissions have been collected, five finalists will be selected by a panel comprised of Phil & Co. partners, Gary Zarr and Cliff Sloan, and the following industry experts:

Starting December 4th, the general public will have a chance to cast their votes to choose the winner, which will be announced on January 8th.
