Abbott Press Authors will showcase fiction, non-fiction and children’s books in the exclusive indie book gallery and receive placement in the Abbott Press event catalog

Abbott Press, a division of Writer’s Digest, today announced it will host a book gallery at at the 2012 Writer’s Digest Conference West on Oct. 19-21 at the Loews Hollywood Hotel in Hollywood, Calif. The theme of this year’s conference is “Take Charge of Your Writing Career” and is designed to educate authors about fundamental writing and marketing techniques that are essential to success. The indie book gallery provides self-published authors an excellent opportunity to exhibit and promote their works.

Abbott Press authors who signed up for the event will have their books prominently displayed in the book gallery and featured in the full-color Abbott Press catalogue, which will be handed out during the event. Additionally, there will be five free promotional BookStubs for each title available to interested readers. A BookStub is a wallet-sized plastic card redeemable at for one free e-book download.
