Too often spirituality is talked about from a high order.

Like atoms are chemical units in their basic form, A Guide for Spiritual Living breaks down healthy living in its simplest terms.

In his new book A Guide for Spiritual Living, author Rev. George McLaird presents a how-to guide for becoming as healthy as possible everyday in everyway.

“Too often spirituality is talked about from a high order,” says McLaird. “I wanted to get to the nitty-gritty, everyday problems of addiction, divorce and mortgages to show how to best cope.”

The guide is equipped with hundreds of practical tips ranging from conquering road rage to completing a bucket list.

Combining spiritual insights with openness, McLaird says the book allows each person to choose what personally works, from atheists wanting to lead a healthier life to people of any religion who can use the rudimentary guide to supplement their practices.

“I wanted something that could work universally, knowing each person will choose a unique path,” says McLaird. “Ultimately, each of the seven billion of us is going to need something different.”
