Brosix Instant Messenger is proud to announce the upcoming release of their latest version of their popular enterprise instant messaging software- version 3.3.4. This version of Brosix contains many of the existing, award-winning features that regular Brosix users have come to appreciate -- including file transfer and whiteboard -- as well as a few improvements and additions, including:
Version 3.3.4 will have Anti-virus check, which scans the received files via Brosix for malware with the user's anti-virus software. Brosix will automatically recognize and associate with the antivirus software installed on the PC. This feature will be disabled by default and users can activate from the settings menu of the file transfer plugin.
With this latest update, Brosix is once again showing that it is serious about the security of its users. Many competitors, most recently Skype, are facing security challenges related to the spreading of malicious worms and viruses. In addition to its standard suite of security features, the anti-virus check will help ensure an even higher level of security.
Now all the Brosix users can take advantage of the "Conference Whiteboard" which allows them to draw their ideas and interact with others. This new collaborative feature is very useful when a group of people want to work together and express their thoughts visually and simultaneously.
Initially released in Version 3.2, this update includes some small tweaks on the conference screenshot feature, which allows sending one screenshot to many
people at once more smoothly.
Brosix Version 3.3.4 also includes improvements on the overall stability and performance of the messenger by fixing some small bugs.
Brosix is an all-in-one enterprise instant messenger and great Skype alternative for business that allows managers to enhance employee productivity while improving communication. It can be run on Mac, Linux, Windows, Android, iOS and Web and supports English, French, German, Italian and many more languages.
