European Wedding Association Announces Inaugural Wedding Marketing & Wedding PR Workshop

The Association of European Wedding Professionals is now accepting registrations for its inaugural wedding industry conference, featuring noted wedding PR and marketing expert OFD Consulting.

"We're ecstatic to bring this fresh batch of wedding marketing and wedding PR topics to the European wedding industry," says Jennifer McCloy, Founder and Executive Director of the AEWP.

The Association of European Wedding Professionals (AEWP) is pleased to announce that its inaugural wedding marketing and wedding pr workshop, The First Annual AEWP Wedding Industry Workshop, is set for Tuesday, November 13, 2012, from 10:30am to 6:30pm at the Molino de Batán.

This year's keynote speaker will be American wedding marketing and public relations expert Meghan Ely of OFD Consulting ( of Richmond, Virginia, who will speak on the following topics:

  •     State of the Wedding Industry & The Latest Trends
  •     Marketing and the Economy 101: How to Sell and Negotiate during Tougher Times
  •     Streamlining Your Wedding Business
  •     Social Media and the Bridal Industry

Tickets are 125€ and AEWP members will receive a special rate of 100€. Those interested in membership with the AEWP will have the opportunity to attend the workshop and join the AEWP for 350€. The ticket will include the workshop, lunch, parking and the post workshop cocktail hour.
