Representatives from Bluewater, a one to one marketing services agency, announced that Nick Dispenza has joined the team as Director of Business Development. In this role, Dispenza will be responsible for creating and maintaining beneficial partnerships with existing and new Bluewater clients. In addition, Dispenza will develop new strategies for driving sales and improving the overall client experience.

For the past decade Dispenza has managed strategic executive-level relationships with organizations from small business to the Fortune 500 and is adept at both business development and marketing strategy. Dispenza has a track record of creating and implementing strategic programs that consistently generate $500,000 or more in sales annually.

During recent years Bluewater has grown and expanded its service offerings to take advantage of technologies offering real time, integrated multi-channel marketing programs. Dispenza will be responsible for introducing the Bluewater value proposition to organizations as well as generating interest in the company’s full suite of products and services. Dispenza will report directly to VP of Business Development and will work in conjunction with enterprise marketing, inside sales staff and client services.
