Avectra, developer of web-based Social Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for associations, not-for-profits and fundraisers, today announced that John Clese, director of product marketing, nonprofit, will co-present a session on donor scoring and communication streamlining at the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) 2012 Leadership Academy conference . The event runs October 18-20, 2012, at the JW Marriot, in Houston, TX.

On Friday, October 19, at 11:30 a.m., Clese will present “Leading Your Organization through Moves Management and Engagement Scoring to Benefit Everyone: Your Staff, Your Donors, Your Volunteers and You!” Joining Clese will be Rebecca Vierhaus, director of member services for the League of American Orchestras. The presentation will outline cutting- edge scoring techniques to better understand donors and to renew their support. It will also detail how moves management can be used to create an organizational structure that embraces change. Vierhuas will provide real-world examples of this through the work with the League of American Orchestras.
