On Friday, October 19, at 11:30 a.m., Clese will present “Leading Your Organization through Moves Management and Engagement Scoring to Benefit Everyone: Your Staff, Your Donors, Your Volunteers and You!” Joining Clese will be Rebecca Vierhaus, director of member services for the League of American Orchestras. The presentation will outline cutting- edge scoring techniques to better understand donors and to renew their support. It will also detail how moves management can be used to create an organizational structure that embraces change. Vierhuas will provide real-world examples of this through the work with the League of American Orchestras.
