Inmar today announced it has been named the Top Workplace (Large Company) in the Triad for the second consecutive year. Inmar also was named Top Workplaces’ “New Ideas” award winner for 2012. Ranking #1 among large companies with 500+ employees, it outranked four other large employers in the results, according to the Greensboro News & Record.
The Top Workplaces are based solely on feedback from competing companies’ employees. The survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. The top Triad companies were announced in Sunday’s issue of the Greensboro News & Record. The Triad region of North Carolina includes the cities of Winston-Salem, High Point and Greensboro.
According to the publication, Inmar earned top marks for its commitment to true teamwork; a fast-paced, challenging and friendly environment; and for empowering employees to do their best work and make improvements in the business.
“To receive this honor again this year says so much about Inmar’s associates and the passion they bring as a team every day, for our clients and each other,” says Inmar CEO David Mounts. “Together we build a culture that encourages innovation and creativity, and we constantly challenge one another to be better than we were the day before. That’s how we win and why we are growing.”
