Orem, UT (PRWEB) October 18, 2012
Fibernet Corp., a local Internet service provider and leader in colocation and virtual office space, will cosponsor a 5-person benefit relay this coming Saturday, October 20th, in association with J Dawgs of Provo, to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
“We’re excited for the opportunity to be involved with the Dawg Run again this year, and to keep supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation,” stated Lee Livingston, CFO of Fibernet. “Last year we had a spectacular turn out and we’re sure this year will be no different. We hope to see friends and family there for fun, prizes, and most importantly, a great cause!”
Registration starts at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday morning at 1125 North University Avenue (the Provo High School track) and the 5-person relay race kicks off at 11:00 a.m. Participants will take turns running a mile and then eating a j dawg. Awards will be given for Top Dawg, Best Buns, Best in Show, and more. There will also be free t-shirts, food, and drinks for all participants.
“All proceeds from the run support the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and important cystic fibrosis research,” informed Mr. Livingston. “The hope is that events like this will bring us closer to a cure for this devastating disease.”
