NewlyWish has drawn from their hand-picked collection of more than 50 chic and unique boutiques, brands and artisans to develop six style-driven registry inspirations that fit a couple’s life and style.
Couples visiting NewlyWish simply choose the style they connect with (be it Modern, Retro, Classic, Eclectic, Preppy or Green) and they are presented with a range of products for their registry (tabletop, bed & bath, home décor, art work) as well as wedding day style accessories that fit their design aesthetic.
This is the first effort by Kate Imbach, who recently joined NewlyWish as their Style Editor. "I'm excited to bring a fresh perspective to wedding registries through my curated content recommendations and think it will really help engaged couples find a look that fits both their styles... all while making the entire registry process easier and less of a hassle," says Kate Imbach.
Traditionally, wedding registries are created in department stores with the help of a sales associate; since NewlyWish accounts are primarily established online, the company wanted to find a way to bring the ‘instore’ shopping experience online, with suggestions and guidance to help couples find exactly what they're looking for.
"Couples are making over 200 decisions during the planning process and the registry is just one of them. We really wanted to find an easy way to give them a bit more guidance and direction for creating a registry, all while drawing from the coolest boutiques from around the country. We think the Registry Style Profiles do just that," says Amanda Allen, founder of NewlyWish.
