BaySand, Inc., the producer of a new innovative, disruptive Metal Configurable Standard Cell (MCSC) technology, announced today that it has agreed to grant an exclusive license to Toshiba, a world leader of advanced electronics and semiconductor device manufacturing, with respect to its MCSC technology. Under the exclusive license agreement, Toshiba now holds a license to Design, Manufacture, Market and Distribute BaySand’s innovative Metal Configurable Standard Cell (MCSC) Products. The terms of this agreement were not disclosed, except that it also includes the terms for Toshiba’s investment in BaySand.

BaySand, Inc., the producer of a new innovative, disruptive Metal Configurable Standard Cell (MCSC) technology, announced today that it has agreed to grant an exclusive license to Toshiba, a world leader of advanced electronics and semiconductor device manufacturing, with respect to its MCSC technology.    
Under the exclusive license agreement, Toshiba now holds a license to Design, Manufacture, Market and Distribute BaySand’s innovative Metal Configurable Standard Cell (MCSC) Products. The terms of this agreement were not disclosed, except that it also includes the terms for Toshiba’s investment in BaySand.
