The Society for New Communications Research (SNCR), a nonprofit research and education foundation and think tank focused on the latest developments in new media and communications, in conjunction with Leader Networks today announced the launch of the Social Business Benchmark ™ Project, led by Vanessa DiMauro, SNCR board member and co-chair of research and CEO of Leader Networks. This study is designed to gather insights about social business trends around strategic intent, operational alignment, organizational readiness, staffing and social tool use. The study seeks to:
Through the aggregate results of this survey research, organizations will be able to compare their social programs with others and along with best practice benchmarks. This will provide a valuable tool for businesses to measure their progress and success as pursue their social business strategies. Survey participants will receive a complimentary summary of the preliminary findings of this study. In addition, the research will form the basis for a customized social business measurement tool to be provided by SNCR and Leader Networks.
