Michael Greenberg Joins Neal Communities' Team Of Leaders

Prominent Florida builder adds tenacity and experience to Neal and the company continues to expand south.

Michael Greenberg has joined Neal Communities as Vice President of Building. Greenberg will spearhead the new home builder’s entry into the Southwest Florida market in Lee and Collier counties, with several new ventures and communities getting ready to open this season. Those communities include: Verandah in Ft. Myers, Villa Palmeras and Esencia in Estero, and a new community in Naples, FL.

Greenberg has more than 34 years of experience in the residential real estate industry. He has been involved in the acquisition, design, sales, development and construction of over 25,000 homes worth over $10 billion dollars throughout the United States during his career.

“I’ve known about the solid reputation and strong heritage of the Neal name for as long as I’ve been building in Florida,” said Michael Greenberg. “To me, being a builder is one of the noblest professions and joining an organization that shares my fundamental values was paramount. Greenberg has served in top leadership positions for several public companies where he was involved in building and executing the platform for significant growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and shareholder return. Greenberg is a graduate of Temple University College of Engineering and is a licensed real estate agent in Florida.

He will head up the Neal Communities Lee/Collier County region with an office in Bonita Springs, scheduled to open in a few weeks. With plans to build thousands of homes over the next decade, Neal Communities’ commitment to Southwest Florida is evident.
