Upper Saddle River, NJ (PRWEB) October 20, 2012
Compensation Resources, Inc. (CRI) is pleased to announce that participation is now open for the 2012 Board of Directors Compensation Survey. The recent economic downturn has negatively focused on executive compensation, which in turn has had a significant impact on the ability of companies to attract new Board members and retain current ones. This has resulted in the need to ensure that Board compensation packages are commensurate with the increase in responsibilities and overall scrutiny on Boards. Companies should examine their pay practices surrounding Board compensation to ensure that they can provide competitive compensation for members while ensuring good governance and transparency in their oversight role.
The topics covered in this survey are:
- General Board Information
- Board Composition and Board Meetings
- Compensation Package
- Board Compensation Program Guidelines/Policies
- Total Annual Compensation Provided
- Board Performance
All participant information will be held in the strictest confidentiality. All the data will be pooled; hence, individual responses cannot be traced back to any company in particular. Survey results will be available to participants in .pdf format free of charge, whereas non-participants may purchase the survey for $325.
