Moellendorf Chiropractic Office, Ltd. announces that Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin Chiropractor, Dr. J G Moellendorf along with G. T. Roberts have authored the book ‘Healthcare’s Best Kept Secret’. Many patients think Chiropractic is a miracle after it resolved their health issues when nothing else worked. Others vilify it, swearing that they would never go to a Chiropractor. ‘Healthcare’s Best Kept Secret’ sorts through the fact and fiction of what Chiropractic is and how it works. ($19.95 paperback, 114 pages, ISBN: 978-0-9851267-9-7)
Many people think of Chiropractors as “back doctors”, whereas they are actually nervous system doctors. The nervous system controls, regulates, and coordinates all of the functions in the body. Chiropractors are neurological specialists with an orthopedic focus on improving nervous system function to improve health. Research has shown that Chiropractors are the leaders in relieving neck and back pain, headaches, sciatica and whiplash. Because of their focus on the nervous system, Chiropractors also achieve excellent results in conditions far removed from back and neck pain such as carpal tunnel, herniated discs, allergies, digestive problems, asthma, colic, fibromyalgia, ear infections, and many other health problems.
‘Healthcare’s Best Kept Secret’ is divided into seven quick paced chapters, with patient’s personal experiences illustrating the many lessons to be learned in achieving better health without the use of drugs and surgery. Written in an easy-going manner, technical or complicated subjects are explained in an easily understood manner.
The books first two chapters explain what Chiropractic is, how it works, how the body heals, what true health is, and how true health can be achieved without reliance on drugs and surgery. The next chapter explains why Chiropractic care has become the first choice for neck and back pain, and how it is also beneficial for headaches and the symptoms of arthritis. Chapters four and five contain the stories of athletes and many other famous people who utilize Chiropractic and why it has become a part of their health care routine for staying healthy and active. How senior citizens stay healthy with Chiropractic care is detailed in chapter six. The final chapter features the benefits of Chiropractic in achieving maximum healing from whiplash injuries.
The benefits of Chiropractic in achieving one’s optimum health are demonstrated in ‘Healthcare’s Best Kept Secret’. The possibilities of achieving health without the use of drugs and surgery are well illustrated.
