On October 17, 2012, Trenchless Pipe Bursting Manufacturer TRIC Tools hosted Fuji Construction and Engineering Corporation during a visit to TRIC's Manufacturing Facility in Alameda, CA. Mr. Satoru Ohara accompanied by his wife and mother visited TRIC's new offices for the first time.
While in Alameda, TRIC's founder and CEO, Ward Carter demonstrated TRIC's new tools for rehabilitating underground pipelines. Fuji Construction has been a TRIC Tools client since purchasing TRIC's Pipe bursting System in 2006.
Since 2006, Fuji Construction has worked closely with Keiyo Gas repairing Tokyo area natural gas lines with the TRIC equipment. Fuji and Keiyo also have worked closely with Nippon No-Dig, as they provide 'non-invasive' trenchless pipe bursting technology to contractors making infrastructure repairs in Japan.
TRIC Tools, Inc. is an infrastructure and environmental solutions company that provides proprietary technology, tools and services for trenchless rehabilitation and replacement of sewer, water, gas and other difficult to access underground pipes. TRIC holds four U.S. and International patents for its device and method of trenchless pipe replacement. In 1997, TRIC established the standards and created the industry for lateral replacement (homes' sewer line) using its pipe bursting technology. TRIC continues to re-engineer its technology for new markets, expanding upon its domestic sewer lateral tools with the introduction of innovative solutions for mainline sewer, drinking water and gas distribution pipelines.
