Homecare Homebase today announced the beta-release of the Patient Progress Report, a powerful new feature of their home health automation solution while at the 2012 NAHC Annual Conference & Exposition in Orlando, FL.
This newest functionality allows Homecare Homebase customers to quickly and accurately identify the current status of any patient on service by viewing a snapshot of not only their patient demographics and vital statistics, but graphical views of their pain level, episode utilization, medications, visits and key OASIS and care plan data. Even more valuable is the Episode Accrual feature of the snapshot that includes the patient’s progress from the initial start-of-care through the duration of all subsequent episodes, a truly comprehensive status on the patient.
