The Iron Eagle, a local Nevada entrepenuership and member of the Better Business Bureau and Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, has licensed its copyrighted and trademarked logo to the Washington D.C. based non-profit Commission on Presidential Debates (CPD).
The Commission's primary purpose is to sponsor and produce debates for the United States presidential and vice presidential candidates and to undertake research and educational activities relating to the debates.
Producing both a former chair of the Republican National Committtee (now co-chair of the CPD), as well as the current Senate Majority Leader, Nevada has become a key battleground state in this election.
Iron Eagle believes active participation in the political process is critcal to preserving the American way of life. The license of the Iron Eagle copyrighted and trademarked logo to the CPD is without condition and is yet another Nevada contribution to this process.
This announcement comes as the Candidates enter the final debate in Boca Raton, Florida, to be followed by back-to-back visits to Southern Nevada.
President Barack Obama and his GOP challenger, Mitt Romney, will campaign here this week after their final debate Monday on foreign policy that will pit the commander in chief against a rival who accuses him of weakening America overseas.
On Tuesday, Romney and his running mate, Paul Ryan, will hold a rally together at the Henderson Pavilion, making their first joint appearance in the Silver State. Romney will then campaign Wednesday in Reno.
During the campaign, GOP challenger Romney has stated: "Success is the result of the result of hard-working people who take risks, create dreams, and build lives."
Obama is scheduled to speak at a late-night Wednesday rally in Las Vegas as part of a two-day blitz of six battleground states that could decide who wins the White House, his campaign announced Saturday.
