The software startup SellerActive received a massive update recently, adding a brand new fully-integrated and dynamic inventory management tool to its suite of solutions for e-commerce businesses.
SellerActive’s Inventory Management tool looks to grant businesses a simple and fully integrated, real-time interface into pricing across their industry. It provides a single portal through which businesses can simultaneously monitor industry pricing trends and modify a pricing methodology for their own products across multiple marketplaces. (At launch, those marketplaces include Amazon, Amazon.ca, Amazon.co.uk, and eBay, but that list is set to expand in the near future.)
As with SellerActive’s previously launched Order Management tool, this service seeks to combine dynamic insight with integrated action. In other words, a company can react to pricing information as quickly as that information is updated. By integrating across marketplaces, companies can ensure their inventory information and pricing methodology are always up-to-date and always consistent from store to store.
Like all of SellerActive’s services, the tool is available for a fixed monthly fee with no additional charges or limits for usage. Price updates are unlimited and take effect almost immediately.
At launch, the service is, in many ways, a basic framework of things to come. SellerActive is already working to expand the number of marketplaces available and further tighten integration for faster updates and more extensive pricing data.
SellerActive unveiled their new tool at the Sellers’ Conference for Online Entrepreneurs (SCOE) in Seattle and the Mobile Marketing and Commerce Forum (MMCF) in San Diego earlier this month. They are currently offering a 30-day free trial of all services.
SellerActive provides e-commerce businesses with a combination of services designed to simplify managing orders management and engagement with customers.
