Recent statistics from the RP Data prove how housing market conditions could vary not only geographically (from state to state) but also within the different segments within local communities. As evidenced by the "Performance of Dwelling Values Across Broad Price Segments" chart from RP Data stats, the most expensive houses in Brisbane experienced a 2.0% increase in home values for the current year while the most affordable homes suffered a -4.0% drop in home values. Compared to Sydney, it is the most expensive houses that were worse off this year with a -3.3% drop.
Continuous changes in the housing market negatively affect those investing in property using traditional strategies. However, according to property innovator, Rick Otton, there are alternative strategies to make money from real estate without worrying about changes in the housing market.
“Through creative property investment strategies, people can easily create wealth from real estate regardless of housing market conditions. These strategies could be used – and are proven effective – whatever state the economy is in,” explained Mr. Otton.
Creative Strategies to Real Estate Wealth
Mr. Otton has been in the housing industry for more than 30 years now. He has seen and experienced firsthand the varying changes in the housing market condition of different cities throughout the country.
“These changes don’t affect me and what I do. People who need help with their housing problems ring me continuously because they know I can help them find a solution to their problems. We don’t even talk about housing market conditions and the economic state!” Otton said.
Rick Otton has been using these creative real estate strategies since he first started investing on property. These strategies are what he used to create a portfolio of more than 76 properties in 12 months.
