Representatives with RSA Certificate (http://www.rsacertificate.net.au/) announced today that it is now offering both Queensland RSA and RSG for $110 instead of its regular price of $150.

"RSA Certificate website is celebrating its second year anniversary and we’re offering the combined Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol and Provide Responsible Service of Gambling for $110 instead of $150 until the end of the year,” said Joanne Ballantyne, owner and director of RSA Certificate.

“These courses are 100 percent online and user friendly, so it is a great time to get in and do your RSA and RSG training before Christmas/New Year trading,” Joanne Ballantyne of RSA Certificate stated.

The company director went on to point out that RSA Certificate and Food Safety Now are owned by CFT QLD, which has been in business for over 10 years.

RSA Certificate, which was a finalist for the 2011 Queensland Regional Business and Employment Award, is a licensee for registered training organizations that provide nationally recognized RSA (responsible service of alcohol) training throughout Australia to meet each state and or territory regulations.

Ballantyne explained that what makes the company different from most companies is the fact that it provides real-time support from 7am to 10pm daily.

When it comes to the company’s training, customer Tom Fleet said he gives both the company and its training courses, two thumbs up.

“I did my Queensland RSA certificate online through RSA Certificate,” Fleet said. “It was quick, easy and enjoyable with the mix of videos and quizzes. The information was well presented and easy to understand. I didn't complete my RSA at the one time and I was able to simply print out my two certificates once my course was completed.”

Fleet added that he was able to start his promotions job the following next day.

“Great work RSA Certificate and thanks so much for making it so easy and fun,” said Fleet. “I have recommended you to all my colleagues.”

But he’s not alone.

Ursula Tkaczyk and Marshin Holdings expressed pleasure in their experience with the company’s training course.

“I enjoyed the energy of Sara our RSA trainer,” Tkaczyk said. “She shared industry secrets that I thought were priceless. Her industry knowledge is second to none with extensive experience in the hospitality industry and the training session was enjoyable, informative and interesting. We had fun discussing and recapping the things we had learnt the next day.”

Ballantyne noted that part of her company’s services include phone support, online chat and email support.

“We will continue to offer this great support from 7am - 10pm daily,” Ballantyne said.
