Enable IT Solutions, Inc. Acquires ScriptiLabs, LLC

Enable IT Solutions, Inc. has just completed the purchase of ScriptiLabs, LLC to make the software development company a subsidiary of Enable IT Solutions, Inc. Although Enable has been in operational control of ScriptiLabs since June of 2011, the deal was not finalized until Wednesday October 3, 2012.

Enable IT Solutions, Inc. is an information technology consulting company headquartered in Austin, TX. Enable focuses on the SMB market providing network and systems services, including enterprise identification. Their goal is to align information technology with business processes and business objectives. Enable was founded in 2008 by Greg Stamper and Bubba Russo.

ScriptiLabs, LLC was founded by a young entrepreneur, Alex Artushin in March of 2011, in Austin, TX. The original goal of the company was to find a niche in the lucrative Big Commerce customization market by making small modifications to already existing Big Commerce websites. ScriptiLabs now balances design, development, and marketing to build custom solutions for business needs.

Since Enable has taken over operations, it has grown the number of services to include complete website development & design with an emphasis on e-commerce, internet marketing (SEO), systems integration, and software development. At the time of purchase, ScriptiLabs, LLC had increased its total monthly revenue by 500% since taking over. ScriptiLabs now has 12 employees and CEO Greg Stamper sees continued growth.
