Central to the mandate of Business Families Foundation (BFF) is collaborating with university-based centers for family enterprises to create sustainable regional and international educational hubs for business families to help them address their various development and change processes. The EDHEC Family Business Center and BFF will promote together a portfolio of family business learning initiatives composed of face-to-face interactions and online education.
The EDHEC Family Business Center creates opportunities for family members, those actively involved in their family’s business and those who are owners, as well as professionals working with them to interact, network and learn from each other. Offering a growing portfolio of family business learning events and activities, the EDHEC FBC actively supports the growth of family businesses and the increased awareness of the importance of family businesses to the social and economic fabric of society.
“We are delighted to be working with the Business Families Foundation to support further the development of family businesses, through targeted executive education, skills and knowledge transfer and advanced research. This partnership is a unique opportunity for us to take the next step in expanding the global reach of the EDHEC Family Business Center. This new partnership will provide an exceptional platform for our members to demonstrate how leading family businesses have grown internationally whilst remaining strongly anchored in their region of origin,” said Benoit Arnaud, Director, EDHEC Family Business Center.
This collaboration will reinforce educational resources for business family constituents in regions where EDHEC and their collaborators are active. The collaboration encompasses both educational material development and integration, as well as applied research projects.
