Track is about using the CaterTrax system to see past the next order, beyond just surviving. With our platform, catering managers can begin to focus on thriving.

The Track infographic incorporates automotive imagery and the themes of roadmap and travel. The graphic illustrates how clients can use the reporting and forecasting tools available in the CaterTrax Platform to observe trends, make decisions, and plan for the future.

This is the latest graphic in the CaterTrax Effect series, the company’s take on a business maturity model. As the series has progressed, the infographics have demonstrated how the platform takes caterers out of Chaos and puts them in Control of their day-to-day operations.

The CaterTrax Platform tracks key performance indicators such as dollars per order, per guest, and per day as well as averages for orders and guest per day. This information can help identify trends and reveal strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The system also includes custom reporting features, surveys, and feedback tools. Clients can leverage the data in their system to make informed business decisions and create strategies to reduce costs and increase profitability.

“Essentially, users can do some market research,” said Kim Hoffman, Director of Marketing. “This is the stage where our clients can strategize and plan for their next phase of growth.”

Track is the second phase of The CaterTrax Effect, getting clients in control and on track. The remaining phases are Prosper and Scale. The company will continue releasing its infographic series over the next few weeks.
