Prior to opening the firm, Mr. Godwin was a commercial litigator with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in New York. After moving to Los Angeles, he practiced commercial litigation with Greenberg Traurig LLP. Mr. Godwin is licensed to practice law in both New York and California. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Duke Law where he also concurrently obtained his LL.M in international and comparative law. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.
Mr. Tauler was previously a los angeles commercial litigator at Glaser Weil Fink Jacobs Howard Avchen & Shapiro LLP, and later with Greenberg Traurig. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law and received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Irvine with an emphasis in political science.
