BRUCE AIDELLS is the founder of Aidells sausages, a cookbook author, TV and radio personality, and renowned expert in all things meat. He has written 12 cookbooks, four of which have received award nominations, including an IACP Julia Child award and James Beard Award nomination. His newest cookbook, The Great Meat Cookbook, was just released in October 2012 to rave reviews.
LAURA WERLIN is the award-winning author of six books on cheese. She won a prestigious James Beard Award for The All American Cheese and Wine Book, the first book of its kind in America. Her first grilled cheese book (yes, she has two) won a World Gourmand Award. Her most recent book, Grilled Cheese, Please!, will be released with great anticipation in November 2012.
DAVID SHALLECK wrote the critically-acclaimed food and travel memoir, Mediterranean Summer, a New York Times summer reading pick and Cordon d'Or Culinary Academy Award winner. He’s also produced over 250 cooking programs, working alongside celebrated chefs such as Jacques Pépin, José Andrés, and Joanne Weir, and appearing with Cat Cora on the Food Network’s Iron Chef America.
JODI DOWELL WIESER is a Licensed Q Grader, one of only 1,000 accredited by the Coffee Quality Institute worldwide. She works at Boot Coffee Consulting as a Quality Consultant and Trainer and specializes in developing unique coffee blends and roast profiles, providing expert training to coffee professionals around the world, and supporting sustainable coffee development projects.
