We help our customers schedule labor based on actual demand. That's a powerful differentiator.

ScheduleSoft, the leading provider of workforce management solutions for food manufacturers, will be sponsoring and exhibiting at the Midwest Food Processors Association 108th Annual Convention. The event will be held November 27-29 at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center in Madison, Wisconsin where ScheduleSoft has been based since its founding in 1996.

The Midwest Food Processors Association (MWFPA), Inc. is a trade association that advocates on behalf of food processing companies and affiliated industries in Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota. The association’s primary role is to influence public policy and make the Midwest a great place for food processors to do business. The convention, now in its 108th year, brings together leading food processors and industry professionals to discuss current challenges to future success.

“Because we are based in Madison and well entrenched in the food processing industry, this is a great event for us,” said Gregory Flessas, CEO of ScheduleSoft. “We are intimately familiar with the business issues faced by food processors and have worked with many market leaders to address these challenges through more effective management of their workforce.” Flessas continued, “Issues like seasonal demand, managing a workforce made up of full-time, part-time, temporary and contingent workers, and being able to flex labor based on changing demand. We help our customers produce only what is required based on what is being demanded. That’s a powerful competitive advantage for these manufacturers.”

ScheduleSoft is well known in the food and consumer packaged goods industries with clients like Georgia-Pacific, Kellogg, Mondelez (formerly Kraft Foods), Nestlé, and ConAgra Foods. “The Midwest is home to many major food companies,” said Flessas. “Our customers in this area include leading cheese processors, major contract manufacturers for some of the world’s best known brands, and one of the largest frozen pizza producers.” Flessas said.
