Washington D.C. lawyers of Chaikin, Sherman, Cammarata & Siegel, P.C. Now Offering Free Consultations to Monster Energy Drink Victims

According to The New York Times, The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has recently launched an investigation into reports of five deaths and one heart attack that may potentially be linked to consumption of energy drinks manufactured by Monster Beverage Corp. All of the incidents in question have occurred since the start of 2009. Chaikin, Sherman, Cammarata & Siegel, P.C., a Washington, D.C. personal injury law firm is now offering free consultations to people who feel they may have been injured by the energy drink distributor.

“It is important for the FDA to look into these reports,” said Ira Sherman, senior and managing partner of Chaikin, Sherman, Cammarata & Siegel, P.C. “If it is determined that these energy drinks do in fact pose a serious health risk to consumers, we hope Monster will take the responsible action of initiating a recall.”

Monster is currently facing a product liability lawsuit in association with one of the five deaths reported to the FDA. The family of Anais Fournier filed a lawsuit in California (Wendy Crossland and Richard Fournier v. Monster Beverage Corp RIC-1215551) last week, seeking compensation for the death of their 14-year-old daughter.

Sherman, Cammarata & Siegel, P.C. says it is important to consult a physician and an experienced attorney at once if you believe you or a loved one has suffered an injury or death caused by Monster Energy Drinks. The attorneys at Chaikin, Sherman, Cammarata & Siegel, P.C. are currently investigating injury cases associated with these energy drinks and will provide you with a complimentary consultation to advise you of your rights.
