Too much real estate marketing is focused on tiny pixelated images and unrecognizable charts, graphs and numbers. Our goal with Nudge is to change all of that.
Portland, Oregon (PRWEB) October 28, 2012
Real estate marketing application Nudge (http://www.getnudgeapp.com) today released its biggest update since its launch, adding the ability for real estate brokers and agents to upload their own photos, as well as an integration with Instagram, the wildly popular photo app.
A Nudge is a simple bit of digital marketing - an electronic envelope delivering a headline, a visual, some copy, and a bold call to action. It can be distributed via email, on the web, or through one’s social connections.
Real estate professionals can now create Nudges to announce a new listing or a new price reduction, or can use Nudge to communicate life in a neighborhood or report on local events. They can also use it to answer the question, “How’s the market?” like no one has ever done before.
“We believe agents and brokers are creative people,” says Nudge Co-founder Marc Davison. “But too much real estate marketing is focused on tiny pixelated images and unrecognizable charts, graphs and numbers. Our goal with Nudge is to change all of that.”
Since Nudge launched in the spring of 2012, the company has beta-tested its software with dozens of brokerage companies across the country. Agents from many markets had the chance to evaluate the platform and the feedback was clear: adding photo integration to the product was a must.
“When you look at how most major brands market themselves, it’s around beautiful images, an arresting headline and a strong call-to-action. We rebuilt Nudge to align with those principles,” says Davison. “We want our agents and broker customers to look good to their clients.”
Nudges can be distributed quickly and effectively across email, the web and social media and each Nudge can be easily customized with its own look, feel and branding. A subscription to Nudge costs $149 a year and volume licenses are available for brokerages, MLSs and associations who wish to offer the application to their agents or members.
Nudge is a partnership between 1000watt, a marketing, design and strategy firm and W&R Studios, a web software company focused on the next generation of web-based software solutions for the real estate industry.
