As Oklahoma school districts prepare for full implementation of the Teacher and Leader Evaluation (TLE) system in time for the 2013-2014 school year, the Cooperative Council for Oklahoma School Administration (CCOSA) has partnered with K-12 cloud software developer Netchemia LLC to offer TalentEd Perform TLE, an affordable, TLE-ready web-based model that makes completing evaluations easier.
CCOSA, an Oklahoma City-based non-profit professional association for Oklahoma educators, recognized the need to help districts implement the state’s new framework in an effective, efficient and paperless way.
By endorsing Netchemia’s TalentEd Perform TLE, CCOSA offers districts of any size inexpensive and accessible anywhere software that can seamlessly automate their evaluation processes.
More than 50 Oklahoma districts – some with fewer than 200 students – already use TalentEd Perform, including one of the state’s largest and leading districts in Tulsa Public Schools.
